Six documents, and the one you need depends on what we are doing together.
PT Acala Genesa Sumberdaya publishes these so you can check, before you send us anything, what we do with data, what we may say about software we resell, and what you get to keep when an engagement ends. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where a signed engagement contract or quotation says something different, that document wins. Last updated 8 September 2026.

Which document answers which question
Some quick routing, so you do not have to read six documents to find one answer.
- “What happens to my email address if I fill in the form?” Privacy policy.
- “Are you tracking me?” Cookie policy. The short version: nothing measures you until you press “Allow analytics”.
- “Where will our assay database sit, and who can open it?” Data protection and compliance.
- “Can we reuse your course notes to train our own new hires?” Licence terms. Yes, internally.
- “Can we publish your name in our JORC report?” Disclaimer, and then ask us, because that one needs written consent to the specific text.
- “Does an article on this site count as advice?” Disclaimer. It does not.
What is not on this page
Commercial terms for a specific piece of work are not published here, because they are negotiated per engagement. The quotation, the engagement contract and the licence issued with software carry the terms that bind us to you. If you want to see our standard clauses before a tender, ask and we will send them.
The GEOVIA software licence itself is granted by Dassault Systèmes, not by ACALA. We can explain it, and we can tell you what it does not allow, but we cannot vary it.
Changes to these documents
Each document carries the date it was last updated. We update a page in the same change as the thing it describes, rather than in an annual review; if we add a tag to the website, the cookie policy changes that day. Material changes to how we handle personal data are notified to people on our subscriber list before they take effect.
Language
These documents are published in English. Where an Indonesian version is provided and the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails for the purposes of Indonesian law. Ask us if you need a document in Bahasa Indonesia for your legal or procurement team.
Who to write to
One address for all of it: office@acala.co.id. Put “Personal data”, “Cookies”, “Licence” or “Compliance” in the subject line and it reaches the right person faster. A person answers, and we do not require you to explain why you are asking.
