ACALA’s certified instructors run the GEOVIA training catalog for mining companies across Indonesia. For universities, the same material is arranged around a degree: geology and resource estimation for geologists, design and scheduling for engineers.

Who is eligible?
Universities, polytechnics and mining schools that teach geology, mining engineering or related programs and will use the software for teaching and academic research.
Which software is included?
GEOVIA Surpac, Whittle and MineSched, the products used across Indonesian gold, nickel and coal operations. The scope is agreed with each institution.
What does it cost?
Educational licences are provided at a reduced cost compared with commercial licences, and some elements, such as online training access, are free. ACALA quotes per institution.
Do lecturers get training?
Yes. Train the Trainer workshops, free online courses, master classes and technology demonstrations are part of the program, with technical support when needed.
How do we apply?
Email office@acala.co.id with the institution, the department, the programs that will use the software and the number of seats. ACALA replies with the program terms and a proposal.
