Use of the site

You may browse the site, read and print pages for your own information, and contact us through it. You may not copy, republish or redistribute the content for commercial purposes, scrape the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful or abusive material through the forms, or use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with others’ use.

Content and intellectual property

The text, figures, interactive illustrations, photographs, videos and code on this site belong to ACALA or are used with permission. Role and product videos, brochures and descriptions of GEOVIA software are provided by Dassault Systèmes and remain their property. GEOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, Surpac, Whittle, MineSched and Minex are trademarks of Dassault Systèmes or its subsidiaries. Client logos belong to the clients shown. Nothing on the site grants a licence to any trademark or content beyond reading it.

Illustrations are not advice

The interactive figures on solution, topic and product pages use simplified, illustrative models to show a trade-off. They are not calculations for any real deposit, mine or investment, and no decision should be taken on them. Advice on a real project is given only in a written report or agreement signed by ACALA, prepared from the project’s own data and, where required, by a Competent Person.

Software, licences and services

Descriptions of software on this site summarise the vendor’s documentation and may change with each release. Software licences are subject to the licence terms of Dassault Systèmes and to ACALA’s quotation. Consulting, training and other services are subject to the written agreement or quotation issued for each engagement, which prevails over anything on this site.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of errors or that the site is available without interruption. We may change or remove content at any time. Prices, schedules and availability stated on the site are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Links and embedded services

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn and Dassault Systèmes websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, ACALA is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the liability set out in a written agreement for services.

Privacy

Personal data submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes about the site are subject to the courts of Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat, unless a written agreement between the parties provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
